Everyone gets sad sometimes.  If someone is sad, hopeless, unmotivated, tired and uninterested in life more often than not they may be suffering with depression, also called Major Depressive Disorder. Depression Symptoms

Depression can cloud every aspect of your life. The mood disorder affects the way you think, feel and react – and can cause sadness or a feeling of numbness to your interests.

  • General exhaustion and tiredness

  • Weight loss with reduced appetite

  • Weight gain with increased appetite

  • Intrusive thoughts about death or suicide
